Williams Signs with West Liberty Derrick Williams of Herbert Hoover has signed a letter of intent to continue his education and wrestling career at West Liberty State College. Williams was runner-up at AA/A 152 (31-5) as a senior at Hoover. He was third at 145 (42-8) as a junior, fifth in Region IV as a sophomore, and fourth in Region IV as a freshman. He earned WV-Mat Academic All-State honors as a freshman and senior, and honor-roll as a junior.

Present at the signing were parents Dallas and Angie Williams, Derrick's younger brother Zach, Herbert Hoover Head Wrestling Coach David Hall, and HHHS Atheltic Director Steve Stoffel
