Here is the article that was forwarded to me, they kind of talk in circles calling it not seeded but will use a points system of winning percentage, prestige points, and regional place finishing to determine placement. So Pennsylvania High School Wrestling will now seed their regional champions for the state tournament instead of the prior years pill draw system. The remainder will fall in based off of the seeding of the regional champion. Any thoughts on why they changed and got rid of the pill system?

Track is not the issue. It can be changed up until the tournament starts. It was a decision made that scratches from non weighins would be treated as forfeits.
