I see on the results that there are some kids that are on middle school teams that are wrestling in open/youth tournaments. Is this allowed?

It’s time for the pill to go. As small as WV is all the coaches know who is who. Let the coaches argue it out and try to do their best to seed the top 6 or 8. It’s not going to be perfect all the time but having the 2 best wrestlers meet in the semis or even quarters year after year needs to change....

I think it could be held at a smaller facility. I wouldn’t imagine that teams without a close to full lineup would participate unless they had a very competitive lineup. I agree some of the best matches happened on Friday night. We don’t have that many wrestlers. Everyone knows who everyone is. Seed the top 4 from the regions and toss everyone else in the bracket.
