Up and coming freshman and maybe even already worthy of this list:
Swingle 106 Keyser
Price 113 Point Pleasant
Plenty of others who are dominant type kids… these are just my personal pound for pound best.

Best in the state at AA 144, sure. But not the best in the state. Andrick > Fortier and it’s not close. Andrick would’ve won 38,44 or 50 easily

Max Fortier definitely belongs on the list, freshman or not.
