Happy Good Friday to all wrestlers.

This Friday is a "good" day to weigh yourself. Then go see how many times you can squat and bench press your body weight. How many pull ups can you do.

See how much trouble you might be in. Practice starts in seven months.

Good advice!!!! Two opponents facing off, both of relatively equal skill......the stronger guy usually wins.
