WVU Wrestle-Offs Set For October 30

We're excited to announce that this year's wrestle-offs will take place on Saturday, October 30, at 8 AM in the Shell Building directly behind the WVU Coliseum and Wrestling Pavilion. The matches are open to the public and there will be no charge for admission.

With the football game against Iowa State that day at 2 PM, and our alumni tailgate taking place as well, we want our alumni, family, friends, and fans to be able to enjoy both events.

We will have more information on stream info and the exact matchups next week, and I will be sure to post that here as well.

What time of the day were wrestle offs last season?

A person in Charleston would need to leave before 5am to make the wrestle offs or pay for a motel.

Chester, WV only has 2 hours.

Sickness, changing weights and a wrestle off have changed some of the stuff on here I looked at. Perhaps Flo is very expedient with updates.

Yes, we will have over 20 wrestlers competing at the Clarion Open. We had to reserve our spots in the tournament weeks ago, but can make changes to weights, wrestlers, etc up to Friday so we will definitely be making some updates to what you see currently in FloArena.
