When: December 29th & 30th, 2009

Where: WesBanco Arena, Wheeling, West Virginia -- ** New Location ** -- List of Hotels/Motels, also McClure House Hotel

Weigh-ins: 7 a.m. both days 2 lb allowance

Format: 2 groups of 20 teams competing on 10 mats
            Matches will run on the hour and a half
            Top 20 teams will wrestle 8 times, others 7 times

Teams: Will represent 5 states -- see below

Start: 9 a.m. both days
